M7 Tax covers comprehensive tax preparation, including:

  • Form 1099-NEC e-filing services
  • Email support for all included deliverables

With M7 Tax, you can easily submit vendor details and e-file Form 1099-NEC using our convenient 1099 vendor information request form. However, if you’re only subscribed to M7 Bookkeeping, we are unable to file 1099 forms on your behalf.

  • Full Refund: If the service is canceled before any work begins.

Recurring Billing Services

  • Clients may cancel at any time.
  • No refunds for the current billing period, but future billing will stop upon cancellation.
  • Refunds for overcharges or incorrect billing will be issued upon verification.


General Guidelines

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or letter) and include client details, service information, and the reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
